Projects move through four phases, from early planning to the final walkthrough, so you know where things stand and what comes next.

Planning & Design
Establish goals, requirements and site conditions, and work with the design team on the plans and direction needed to move the project forward.

Pre-Construction
Define scope, constructability, schedule and budget, along with coordination requirements and the overall execution strategy.

Procurement
Buy out subcontractors and materials, track long-lead items and coordinate submittals so the project is ready to build.
04
Construction
Manage the build from mobilization through closeout, with direct coordination, quality control and owner accountability on site.
